Kristi's flirting of course, not mine :o)
Kristi had class again Thursday morning, but this time she really was back by 11:30 like she was supposed to be the day before. Again, we couldn't go to the ice caves because she had a study group at 3:00, and we wouldn't make it back in time. I knew Kristi didn't want to go, but she had suggested it, and I really did want to go, so I kept bringing it up every day. But it still never happened. When all is said and done, there were a bunch of things she promised me we'd do but we never did. It was still a good trip though, still a good trip.
Most of what we did before I left was talk. Well, I also figured out why she couldn't get music to play on her phone, but we talked while I worked on that too. But other than just chilling around the house, working on our tans again, the other thing we did was go to John Deere. On Monday when we were taking pictures, it was closed (duh, or else I wouldn't have been there acting like an idiot). Kristi always goes in there trying to get free stuff, and last time I went, we both got free hats. We walked in and Kristi's friend Brett (maybe that's his name?) was there. We looked around the store while he took care of some costumers and then Kristi and I went over and started talking to him. An hour later, we walked out with free hats. They're pretty cute too. The one I got last time I don't really like, but this one is for sure cute.
By time 3:00 rolled around, it was time for Kristi to go to her study group and time for me to head home. There were no storms to slow me down this time, but there were a couple spots of traffic and even more spots of construction that for sure slowed me down. The whole trip is supposed to take 3 1/2 hours, but it took me that long to get to Sandy, which is still 30 minutes from Provo. It was a good thing I had plans to stop off at Sandy though because driving was driving me crazy. Amanda helped my sanity by taking me to a really good pizzeria and then lending me the 5th and last book in a series I've been reading. After a little refresher stop in Sandy I headed back and I want to say that I crashed when I got home, but I bet that Alysha kept me up :o)
Quick, spur of the moment trip, at an end.
